Edlynn Farm is different from your average Washington State wedding venue because it was created with simplicity in mind. You can turn it into the perfect space for your big day, all while getting stunning views of Mount Rainier and the perfect modern barn aesthetic.

Not only is the facility gorgeous, but Kelley, Fred and Aanya went above and beyond throughout our entire wedding planning process. When it came time for the day-of (Aug 2023), they made sure everything was set up to our preferences and helped with tear down.
The facility itself was amazing as well. The getting ready house was large enough to accommodate our large bridal party of 18 people comfortably and it was convenient to not worry about getting to the facility. You also can’t beat that view!
We appreciate the Edlynn team and for helping to make our day the most perfect day ever!!!
Edlynn Farm was the perfect venue! Planning was easy with excellent communication, staff was friendly and helpful on wedding day, the bridal cottage was beautiful! They brought my dream wedding to life!
Beautiful wedding venue and very friendly people. Our daughter and son in law were married there and it was a lovely venue with an amazing view. Our daughter has a medical condition and it was a very hot day which makes it hard for her. The owners of the venue were very accommodating, they even went and bought extra fans and did all they could to keep it cool enough for her and make sure she was doing ok. They checked on her multiple times just out of the kindness of their hearts. They made sure everything was as perfect as possible. Would definitely recommend this place!
Edlynn Farm is by far the best venue in the South Sound! The grounds are gorgeous, and the views are breathtaking. Edlynn Farm was the perfect location to host my son’s wedding. The bridal cottage had everything we could ask for while preparing for the event. We held the wedding outside with Mt. Rainier shining bright in the background. The barn was the perfect spot for the reception on a hot summer day. In addition, the property owners were very friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate this special day for our family. Thank you to the entire staff at Edlynn Farm! We will definitely use your venue in the future.
We would recommend this venue for any event! It was beautiful! Everyone we worked with went beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. Planning a wedding is hard and doing it during a pandemic is even harder but everyone that we worked with did everything they could to make things easier for us! The Barn
You won’t find a barn like this in any other Washington State wedding venue – or any venue for that matter. With construction completed in 2020, we worked hard to make it feel simple and modern, while maintaining the rustic charm that can be elevated in so many ways. We can accommodate up to 300 guests for your special day.
The Bridal Cottage
Getting ready for the day is all part of the experience, and the Bridal Cottage provides the perfect setting for pre-ceremony photos and time with your friends and family. The entire Bridal Cottage is yours for the event and serves as a gathering space for immediate family and wedding party.
We also have two (2) main getting-ready rooms in the Bridal Cottage, one for each side of the wedding party. There is also a common living room and kitchen for gathering, socializing and snacking while getting ready.
The Ceremony Meadow
There are few better places to say “I Do” in the Pacific Northwest than right here, with Mount Rainier as your backdrop. Your florist can decorate our arbor, which perfectly frames the Mountain, and your guests can fit comfortably, as they experience the beauty of your ceremony.

We know you can’t choose your venue without knowing the nitty gritty details, so here are a few more features of our venue.
Ceremony & Reception Set-Up
We provide tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception. While we don’t offer linens with the barn rental, we do take care of set-up for ceremony and reception, along with tear-down and clean-up of our tables and chairs immediately following the event. One less thing for you to think about!
Securing the Venue
We require a 25% deposit to reserve your date. The deposit is due 7 days from the date that we reserve the Edlynn Farm for your wedding and the remaining balance is due 90 days before your event date. Your event is the only event that will be happening at the Farm—no need to share this beautiful space with anyone else on your big day!
Warming and Cooling Kitchen for Catering
A prep area is strategically placed out of the way on the back side of our bridal cottage, with quick and easy access to the event barn. This makes loading in, replenishing and loading out at the end of the night a breeze for your catering company. The kitchen comes with a 3-basin sink, potable water, small ice machine, commercial refrigerator, warming oven and lots of stainless steel prep counters.
Large Gravel Driveway and Parking Lot
Our driveway is big enough for vendors like food trucks, mobile bars, and ice cream trucks to easily drive in. Send offs also look gorgeous on this road! The full gravel parking lot can fit approximately 150 cars. We provide parking attendant(s) for day-of operations so you and your guests can just worry about enjoying the experience.
Bathrooms
There are separate ladies and gentlemen’s rooms that sit right off the main entrance of the barn.
